1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Life Agent Accelerator platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Platform Description

Life Agent Accelerator is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist independent insurance agencies in managing operations, onboarding agents, tracking production, and facilitating team communication. The platform is a tool for management and organization and does not provide financial, legal, or insurance underwriting services or decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Results

LIFE AGENT ACCELERATOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY BUSINESS RESULTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Income or revenue generation
• Production increases
• Agent recruitment or retention
• Customer acquisition
• Market growth or expansion

The platform is provided as-is to assist with operations and management. Your business results depend on many factors outside the control of Life Agent Accelerator, including market conditions, agent performance, and execution.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local insurance laws and regulations
• Proper and lawful use of the platform
• Accuracy and legitimacy of all information entered into the platform
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not using the platform for illegal or unethical purposes
• Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
• Securing proper licenses and insurance certifications

5. Subscription Terms

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Billing occurs on the same date each month
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period
• Your access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle

6. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any subscription period. This includes:

• Refunds for cancellation during a billing period
• Partial refunds for unused features
• Refunds due to dissatisfaction with the service
• Refunds for charges made in error (we will correct future charges only)

By signing up for a subscription, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. Termination and Suspension

Life Agent Accelerator reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You breach insurance laws or regulations
• You violate payment obligations
• You misuse the platform or harass other users

Upon termination, your access will be immediately revoked. We may retain your data for legal or compliance purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Life Agent Accelerator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Life Agent Accelerator will not be liable for business losses, lost revenue, or lost profits
• Life Agent Accelerator will not be liable for missed opportunities or failed business initiatives
• Life Agent Accelerator will not be liable for data inaccuracies entered or maintained by users
• Life Agent Accelerator will not be liable for third-party service failures or outages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the month in which the claim arose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. LIFE AGENT ACCELERATOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING:

• The platform will meet your specific needs
• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All defects will be corrected
• The platform is free from viruses or harmful components

10. Platform Disclaimer

Life Agent Accelerator is a management and operational tool. It does NOT:

• Provide financial advice
• Provide legal advice or representation
• Make insurance underwriting decisions
• Provide compliance guidance (you must consult with legal counsel)
• Guarantee compliance with insurance regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Independent Platform Statement

Life Agent Accelerator is an independent software platform. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any insurance carrier, IMO, carrier organization, or regulatory body unless explicitly stated in writing by Life Agent Accelerator leadership.

Any reference to carriers, IMOs, or organizations is solely for informational purposes to help users understand integration capabilities.

12. User Data and Security

While we implement security measures, you acknowledge that:

• No system is completely secure
• You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords
• You must not share your account credentials
• You are responsible for securing confidential information
• Life Agent Accelerator is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Life Agent Accelerator platform are owned by Life Agent Accelerator, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Modifications to Terms

Life Agent Accelerator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
